Brian Boyle is one of 13 children and his story, and the story of his father's battle with terminal cancer, is one of most amazing stories we have ever featured on our show! It's a story of courage, faith and perseverance. Brian and his family faced devastating, life threatening health challenges, but also experienced miracles - literal miracles! - that have kept his father, himself and other family members alive and living life to the fullest! Brian is a 14 year NHL veteran who was drafted in the first round of the 2003 NHL Entry Draft by the Los Angeles Kings. During his career he suited up for 8 different NHL Teams, but is best remembered for his 5 years as a New York Ranger, and as a domineering 6’6” power forward, enjoying two “back to back’ appearances in the Stanley Cup Finals with the Rangers in 2014 and the Tampa Bay Lightning in 2015. After signing a new 2 year contract with the New jersey Devils in 2017, he was diagnosed with Cancer which he successfully battled with great determination and was able to return to the NHL the same season, winning the Bill Masterton Trophy in the process. After retiring from the NHL in 2023 he joined the NHL Networks as a studio analyst. His story is inspirational....
